Aarya Resort’s culinary legacy began in 1970, when Mr. Gyanchand started serving authentic pure vegetarian Marwadi cuisine in Sarafa Market, Old City, Bhopal, earning the love of Jain and Agrawal families and the affectionate name “Gyan Dada” for his excellence in large wedding events. After his passing in 2009, his son Mr. Vikas Soni continued and expanded this trusted legacy from TT Nagar, Bhopal, blending tradition with vision to deliver timeless taste and impeccable catering experiences.
